At Woman & Earth, we explore the creative potential of leaders who are here for legacy. We fuse collaboration and co-design principles with visionary and purpose-led leadership.

We support women to be resourced, aligned and passionate in their leadership whilst visioning and mapping their knowledge, skills and passions to create impact businesses, unique bodies of work and movements of change.

We're an incubator for unleashed, deep creativity to create a new feminised economy (and a new world).

We offer leadership mentorship and program development consulting.

Why Feminised?

The greatest challenges of our time are inter-connected. We can't solve climate change or biodiversity loss without doing the deep work of dismantling the systems that created it: colonisation, capitalism and the patriarchy. Women & Earth believes that it will be marginalised voices that lead us into a new future. We centre black, brown, indigenous people of colour; gender, neuro & body diverse humans; and women as leaders for a new Earth.

Our work exists to impact the feminised economy. We work with humans that identify as women to balance the scales in leadership and create opportunities for women to make impact in the embodied, connected, creative and empathetic way women naturally do.

We believe this will literally change the world (and the research backs us up ⬇)

Not only are we more powerful together, but letting our why be bigger than ourselves makes our world infinitely richer.

Acknowledgement of Country

Woman & Earth is based in Meanjin (Brisbane, Australia). We belong to this land on which we stand. We recognise the rich cultural history and custodianship of First Nations people on Country. We acknowledge the Jagera and Turrbal people as the traditional owners on this land. We recognise that the land was never ceded and we pay our respects to the Elders, past and present as the holders of the memories, the traditions, the culture and the spiritual wellbeing of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the nation.

We acknowledge before European colonisation, the land, the river and its tributaries were the source and support of life in all its dimensions and we cannot do our work on this land without this recognition.

In the spirit of reconciliation, respect and partnership, we will invest in learning, and being guided by, the wisdom of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
